Cancellations
Eligibility: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped, depending on the order status. However, please note that cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.
Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team. We will process your request as soon as possible, but there is no assurance that the cancellation will be effective before the order is shipped.
Returns
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be in their original condition and have the KICKSCAO tags attached.
Refund Policy: Upon successful return of the item(s), the buyer will receive a partial refund. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% of the total amount will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. The return address will be provided once your return request has been confirmed by our team.
Amendments: Once a return has been agreed upon under our return policy, no further amendments will be accepted.
Size Exchange
Eligibility: Size exchanges are available if the item(s) is unused and still has the KICKSCAO tags attached. Each order is eligible for one exchange.
Exchange Process: Requests for size exchange must be made within 7 days of the delivery date and are subject to availability. When contacting us, please provide the reason for the exchange and the desired size.
Shipping and Charges: The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, including return and reshipment costs. Additional charges may apply, such as price differences between sizes and sales tax (if applicable). The return address will be provided upon confirmation of the exchange by our team.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the item even if your order was confirmed. You will receive an email notification once the cancellation is processed.
Reasons for Unacceptable Return/Exchange
We will not process returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Products do not meet the “7-day Returns/Exchange” criteria.
- Products have been improperly used, such as contact with damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or have been overheated.
- Products have loose threads or cracks due to external scratches by hard objects or internal wear and tear.
- Products exhibit color fading due to display.
- Products have an unclean appearance.
- Non-KICKSCAO products (missing KICKSCAO Quality Control tag).
- Products on sale or involved in campaign activities (defect and quality issue items are excluded).
- Any signs of damage to the outer packaging or products (including accessories or parts) at the time of delivery.
Import Duty
DDU Basis: We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning prices displayed on our site do not include taxes and duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Import Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied upon arrival at the destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable for any breach of these laws by you.
Non-Refundability: Sales tax and customs duties are non-refundable.
